STEVE PERRY BIOGRAPHY

Stephen Ray Perry (born January 22, 1949) is an American singer and songwriter best known as the lead vocalist of the rock band Journey from 1978-1987 and 1995-1998. He is of Portugese heritage. His Mothers name is Mary Perry and his Father's name is Raymond Perry. He is an only child. If you have ever read The Birth Order Book by Dr. Kevin Lehmann only children tend to be extreme perfectionists and natural born leaders.

Steve Perry had a long-term relationship with Sherrie and they were together for six years. He wrote the song "Oh Sherrie" for her. They remain good friends today.

He is a very gifted singer and Musician and deserves the VERY best in life and in love. As one of his fans I wish him tons of happiness. I listened to his Music as a teenager so this blogspot is my tribute to Steve Perry.

His songs include "Lights","Faithfully", "When You Love A Woman", "Oh Sherrie" and "Open Arms" just to name a few. Steve Perry left Journey in 1987 to pursue a solo career. He has recorded 6 Mutli-Platinum Albums and 7 top ten singles.

His latest Albums are: "For The Love of Strange Medicine," "Street Talk" and "Greatest Hits". I hope that his fans will enjoy this blogspot I have created to honor him as a Musician.

The best and brighest wishes for Steve Perry!! He is a VERY deserving Musician and Singer. Bless You Steve!!

Steve Perry treats his fans very well. This is a trait I admire about him.
